The wall thickness of cold-rolled seamless steel pipe is generally smaller than that of hot-rolled seamless steel pipe, but the surface looks brighter. The main production process is round tube blank → heating → perforation → three-roll skew rolling, continuous rolling or extrusion → pipe removal → sizing (or diameter reduction) → cooling → straightening → hydraulic test (or flaw detection) → marking → inserting library. Seamless steel pipes are mainly used in construction, mechanical structure pipes, agricultural equipment pipes, water gas pipes, greenhouse pipes, scaffolding pipes, building materials pipes, furniture pipes, low pressure fluid pipes, oil pipes, etc.
